  • Surface shipping within 3 to 9 working days depending upon fabric quality you have ordered
  • Dispatch time of pure or viscose fabric is 3 to 4 working days
  • Dispatch time of polyester fabric is 2 to 3 working days
  • Dispatch time is more because all fabrics are freshly printed on each order as per required cut length
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • Each fabric we shipped is printed only for you and as per your required cut length. So none of fabrics are returnable or exchangeable unless you have received wrong fabric

Return Policy


 

We have a 3-days return or exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange only in case of wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

If you return an item within 3 days from the date of delivery unused and in resalable condition, including unmarked, undamaged, and complete packaging, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price. Only damaged or wrong meter (part of meter) or piece or product can refunded not whole order. A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply to these returns if you are willing to return an item that is not wrong or damaged. 
EXCHANGE
If the fabrics are being returned due to a manufacturing defect within 7 days from the date of delivery, we will repair or replace the item.  Customers will not incur shipping charges unless they require expedited shipping.
REFUND

After a successful return and inspection of returned fabric, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price or refund to your bank account or refund to your source of payment if order is prepaid. If coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be refunded. A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply to return if not eligible for return.

Both way shipping charges and COD Charge will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be credited if the order is returned by you.
DAMAGES AND ISSUE

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item is being returned shows signs of use, and we determine it does not have a manufacturing defect, the return will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we will not issue store credit.  Customers may be charged shipping to return the product to you.  We will do our very best to help you determine if the product is actually defective before issuing an RMA number.
NON-RETURNABLE
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized printed fabrics or any special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any fabrics.

If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns request unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered for.
CANCELLATION

To cancel order please get in touch with us at HELP@fabvoguestudio.com with your order number and your cancellation request

If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you had selected COD at the time of placing order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 6 - 9 working days from the time of order cancellation.
