Our minimum wholesale order is 99 meters per order. You can mix and match across different fabrics and colors within a single order.
All orders are prepaid. We accept payments via PayTM and Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). COD is not available for wholesale orders. Net payment terms may be offered to qualifying high-volume partners as part of business development.
Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout. Charges depend on order weight and delivery location. We ship across India via trusted logistics partners.
Yes! We offer three custom services: print your designs on our fabrics, print any design on your own fabric, or let our expert team curate designs for you. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.
We offer replacement only for defective or short fabric. Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery with photos/video proof. Custom printed fabrics are non-returnable. We recommend ordering swatches first.
Yes! Wholesale partners ordering 200+ meters get free fabric samples as part of their tier perks. For smaller orders or first-time inquiries, we offer swatch sets at a nominal fee which is adjusted against your first wholesale order.
Yes, GST billing is available on all wholesale tiers. Provide your GST number during registration and we will issue GST-compliant invoices with every order.
Standard wholesale orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Wholesale partners with Priority Dispatch perks (all tiers) get their orders processed and shipped 1-2 business days faster. Custom print orders may take 10-14 business days depending on the design and quantity.
